This Bank is totally made up of con artists I asked yes or no questions and they won't answer them that way they won't give you a yes or no they lie to you to get your personal information they get you to open account which is useless I had one request he flat out told me yes answer my question and then he got my personal information then he changed his answer the only thing I wanted was a traditional virtual card with 16 digits they won't give you that they won't tell you either they will lie to you waste waste all your tim... read more

You can only get cash from the ATM so this branch is now basically useless if you need more than the ATM withdrawal limit. They said they are a service only branch now, but last I checked giving me my cash out of my account is the most basic of bank Services.
I arrived at this bank to deposit a check and was informed I can only do that through the atm at the front. I will not be recommending PNC to anyone, and will be taking my business elsewhere. What good is a bank that can't handle personal banking?
I went to this location a year ago to get my last name changed because I got married. I provided them a copy of my marriage license, new drivers license and new social security card. I was asked if I would like a new debt card reflecting my new last name, and I told them I would. The next week I received my new debit card with my maiden name and still to this day I get mail with my maiden name. About a month ago my mother went to the Ballwin location to deposit a check.
