In reading the reviews, it seems like people have had varied experiences here. I can say undoubtedly that my experience at this particular branch was fantastic! I came in late after work (close to their closing time) to open a new account (they had a bonus offer) and Edward and his supervisor David were willing to see me, even though it would mean they weren't going to be able to leave on time. I feel so welcome every time I visit Peachtree corner PNC. Very warm friendly atmosphere with all staff there..very professional and knowledgeable about services investment and business..thank you for all that you do for our community.
The bank was great at helping me with my needs. I thought I couldn't do much inside, but the branch manager, Latisha, explained that I could ask any questions or conduct new banking inside even though transactions go through the ATM.
