Just a horrible bank and one of the worst branches around.
I've never had a problem with this bank and I've been with them almost 17years. Though I have to say one of their best assets was Pauline, I sure do miss her.
Edited- ALSO, NELLY, is very RUDE. The lady who answers the phone. Debora. Is so dang rude. And also, literally every single person at this branch do not care about your money or how you are managing it. Even if you have problems of your own you need some guidance with, they do not care. the bank teller Nelly is the somewhat only decent person at this branch. I suggest switching banks or avoiding this branch because they are absolutely AWFUL!
Everyone was super kind. I came in for a money order and when explaining that they don't offer those they helped me find a different method for the payment I needed and even helped me go over paperwork to ensure I was filling in the correct information. Best experience I've had at a bank.
