I'm from Illinois. I added my daughter who lives in Ludington to my checking account extreme efficiency. Very good people.
The ludington Branch was by far. The WORST customer service I have EVER Delt with. I was working with the branch manager, she really needs to take a class on people skills. Absolutely terrible.
This bank is utterly incapable of handling even the simplest requests. Transactions disappear into a black hole of delays, and when issues arise, expect zero solutions—just empty apologies. The manager, Bekah, is particularly ineffective, offering nothing but helpless shrugs and "sorry about that" instead of actual fixes. If you value your time and sanity, bank literally anywhere else.
