My daughter is on disability because of Cancer. Went to move her money into her other account, and it wasn't there. After she said it had been released. She needs her money to live. Bank needs to get their shit together.
My Mom has been trying for over a month now to have her accounts changed after my father's passing. She has been in twice with paperwork asked of her and has had no follow up to any phone calls placed. She has met with both Lauren and Trent. I have now called the branch to ask what it going on. I would just close my accounts, but she doesn't want to do that. Do better PNC.
I needed to get my son setup with an account ASAP and last minute, Trent went out of his way to help us out and came through big time!
