Inhospitable staff, very rude
I had to go to this location 2 times today. After being closed yesterday for Veterans Day, they were extremely busy each time. They moved very quickly, professionally and were beyond friendly. Despite a few Karen's or Negative Nancy's complaining about the line of people (6-8 people). I mean for heaven's sake it took 5-10 minutes to move through the whole line. Kudos to an amazing staff. Shame on the lady threatening to leave a bad review after receiving incredible service. Get a life!

This is the 2nd terrible experience I've had at this branch at the short time I have been with PNC. I now understand why there are so many negative reviews. I attempted to deposit a check drawn another PNC account at the atm. 3 times and each time the machine asked me to enter the amount of the check, which was $200. Each time the check was sent back out. I then went to a drive through teller. She asked if I was depositing or cashing the check. I told her I was depositing. She deposited it. Just opened my account and will be closing it very rude teller with the mustache has terrible customer service. There is to many banks around for that.
