Bank teller Asher was great and answered all my questions! Got my account opened up quick and overall just great customer service!
Inhospitable staff, very rude
I had to go to this location 2 times today. After being closed yesterday for Veterans Day, they were extremely busy each time. They moved very quickly, professionally and were beyond friendly. Despite a few Karen's or Negative Nancy's complaining about the line of people (6-8 people). I mean for heaven's sake it took 5-10 minutes to move through the whole line. Kudos to an amazing staff. Shame on the lady threatening to leave a bad review after receiving incredible service. Get a life!

This is the 2nd terrible experience I've had at this branch at the short time I have been with PNC. I now understand why there are so many negative reviews. I attempted to deposit a check drawn another PNC account at the atm. 3 times and each time the machine asked me to enter the amount of the check, which was $200. Each time the check was sent back out. I then went to a drive through teller. She asked if I was depositing or cashing the check. I told her I was depositing. She deposited it.
