This is the 2nd terrible experience I've had at this branch at the short time I have been with PNC. I now understand why there are so many negative reviews. I attempted to deposit a check drawn another PNC account at the atm. 3 times and each time the machine asked me to enter the amount of the check, which was $200. Each time the check was sent back out. I then went to a drive through teller. She asked if I was depositing or cashing the check. I told her I was depositing. She deposited it. Just opened my account and will be closing it very rude teller with the mustache has terrible customer service. There is to many banks around for that.
Tellers never want to deposit cash or checks, they say you must use the ATM. What is the point of a tellers if they won’t do anything with money? If you try to walk inside, they greet you right at the door and tell you to use the ATM
