I have been using this Pnc branch for 7 months and never have a problem. Everyone is very friendly. The transactions were smooth and fast. I can always be in and out within 5-10 mins!
I went to this PNC to open a checking account for my daughter. I was greeted with i couldn't be helped until his coworker got back from lunch. While I sat i watched him watch another coworker help 2 people. After 20mins his coworker asked what was going on with us. My daughter and I were asked into an office where we were told we couldn't open the checking account with her state I'd and wouldn't budge. The ATM worked amazingly and there was no line.
Charges $10 unless the company eat the fee? Not your traditional bank, this is a first time paying to cash a check that was drawn from the Bank. Don't have to pay if you open an account, it's not my fault they charge to get money.
