Tuve una mala experiencia con Gabriela, llevo tiempo en este banco y es el primer problema que he tenido. Ella pidiendo más confirmaciónes cuando ya tenía varias identificaciones mías. Quería una cuarta, solo le faltaba pedime el certificado de nacimiento. Solo quería que se pasara el dia para pagar late fee.

I truly HATE this bank!!!!! I will b taking most of my money out... I am at St Luke for medical care for my husband. When I drop him off I run to the bank. Its been 3 weeks. I cannt not tell u how many times I drive up to the atm and TRY to deposit money. its out of service at least it seems to b WHEN I go. I just left right now and AGAIN out of service.
