Someone explained to me when you're at the PNC Bank and some scammer gets into your account and uses the zelle the bank tells you they're not responsible isn't the bank supposed to be protecting you my sister out 500 dollars just because the bank don't want to accept responsibility
PNC bank has amazing rates on currency exchange if you are traveling out of the country and have an account, you are able to preorder bills. Their app is excellent and you can easily set up account reminders and notifications which work seamlessly between the app and online banking along with your email and cell phone. They have cut back on staff at the Hiram branch it is ridiculous. Going to drive thur, and you have to wait for them to take care everyone on the inside first. Plus,they are not open on Saturday.
I have ask you people to fix a issue with a credit card that you never approved me for and now you do not want to take the time to file a fraud report ! I don’t care how big that card gets , I’m not paying for something I don’t have so deal with it ! I will not pay!!!! LISTEN ::: I WILL NOT PAY FOR A CREDIT CARD THAT IS NOT MINE ! And I’m not charging anything because. I DONT HAVE THE CARD !!!!
