I have a close by Pnc both do great but I just like coming more to this location better for me my banker name is Javier very smart and great customer service I get from him all the time. recommending him
This is the 2nd PNC bank I've been to in 2 days where there is no one here. Hours of operation on the Internet Listed have been wrong for both locations. Mansell Office is listed as a Saturday branch. It is not.
Went to this branch 2 days ago trying to make a large withdrawal, after about 15-20 minutes the branch manager (I’m assuming) says that I can’t because my signature wasn’t on file. In fact he says I can’t make any withdrawals at any branch without my signature. He gives me a 800 number to call and tells me that I can put my signature on file through the number and I should be okay within 24 hours. I say okay and go on my way. Will never do business here. This place is money hungry they charged me 2% of a check that was drawn on their account. What GREED
