I have 8 accounts with PNC and I am moving all this week. The bank fees are ridiculously high. Their service is AWFUL. The Hendersonville branch goes out of their way to be rude and difficult. They misrepresented the fees for commercial credit card processing. In fact they charge nearly $1000 to lease equipment available on e-bay for $69 to $89. Centura bank was great, after PNC bought them they went downhill. I am joining a legion of former customers who are also fleeing from this bank.
