Visited this branch for personal work. Ayesha and Jonanthan were superb and very professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I’m comfortable and even offered me cold water bottles while my work was being done.
I had a very disappointing experience at this PNC branch. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I had difficulty understanding them, and instead of explaining things clearly, they spoke loudly, which made me feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially when someone needs help. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

ATM doesn’t dispense cash. Pnc is the absolute worst bank and I can’t believe they cheated me into being a customer. Disgusting practices
