A big shout-out to branch manager Olivier and the team at PNC! I recently visited the branch to purchase some foreign currency. Because of a technical issue at first, followed by my own misunderstanding of the process, my order ended up being placed when I actually needed to cancel it. Personally attention to each customer
I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at PNC. I started talking with them about a commercial refinancing request back in late April, they have failed to follow up. My point of contact, Olivier Rochelin, has been unresponsive and left the process completely stalled. I ended up going with another bank and we finished the process in a week.
I went in to verify my business information twice but kept getting emails. Called PNC and the rep stated the person inside the branch did not ask the required verification questions. Plus there were 2 documents to sign, not just one. I spend another 30 mins on the phone. Very unhappy with this but the rep on the phone was professional.
After losing our mother suddenly, we were forced to deal with closing our mother's account and opening several different bank accounts. We were still in shock as we headed to PNC to take care of it all. Jordan met us with compassion and just plain kindness. Everything we did went flawlessly. The trust and confidence we had with her was immeasurable. Thank you to the staff of PNC Avalon and especially Jordan Renda. There needs to be more people in the world like her. :)
