Absolutely horrible slow nothing good about this bank
I recently opened an account at BNC Bank in Alpharetta, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. went into a PNC bank today to cash a check and was met with a negative experience. The lady at the front desk seemed fine until she saw that it was a $7,000 check. She took the check into Vinita Chawla office and refused to let me follow, claiming I couldn't be in there while they looked at it. It felt like they were profiling me, a young black man trying to cash a check. Absolutely the WORST location to sort out your banking issues. Had me waiting for almost 30 minutes, one associate could clearly see me sitting outside and knew the issue i was there for, but wouldn’t bother to help me until i got frustrated and told them that i had to go to work, while sitting in the cabinet, another associate walks in and has the audacity of asking me how my day has been going so far.
