Ever since coming to this bank, I've had nothing but issues. The two lady's in the back (with accents) have the worse attitudes every time I come in. After the last attempt to help me with my account, I've decided to just invest in another bank due to their unprofessional attitudes. The gentleman in the front is always a pleasure and helpful, but those other women need to get out of customer service because they are the worse.

Went in with 138k from the sale of our home to open an account, watched the interaction this morning between an existing customer and the two women working there. I am appalled at how they treated their existing customer and he was making a deposit! I decided NOT to do business with PNC, I turned around and left. Banks are all the same, it's simply the customer service that we choose a bank for, based on this experience I will NEVER bank here, nor would I recommend anyone else do so.
