I went to this bank at 9:30 AM. There was at least six people working there. I asked one lady if I could open up a checking account and she rolled her eyes and said well I guess I can see if someone can help you and then she came back and said you’ll have to come back tomorrow.
I'd like to thank you again for helping me with PNC's ATM machine. She came right outside with me and walked me through process of withdrawing cash to then come back in lobby to make my Mortgage payment. The online machine that we usually use was not working with no internet access. SO I could not have managed without ANGELA's help. She is a true professional at Alpena PNC Bank!
Terrible service--waited 9 minutes in drive thru for someone to take my deposit and was told there were customers ahead of me. They musy have been inside, as they certainly were not in the drive thru. Pushed the call button after 23 minutes with no response. Finally received my receipt after 27 minutes! Ridiculous.
ATM is almost never able to take deposits. Every time I get out of work and want to deposit my tips, I can’t. SUPER lame. I’m sitting at the ATM with about a grand that just got spit back out at me, LIVID. I just want to put my money in the bank and go to bed but I guess only one of those things is happening tonight. This is so infuriating because it shouldn’t be like this every time I hit the ATM but it has been this same case the past four times I’ve tried, and several weeks apart.
