Great service
Worst teller experience ever, If it wasn't for the branch on west 25th I would be switching banks. I've been a PNC client for over 17 years and I have never had an experience like the one I had there last Friday with Alex. You would think a teller would know how to a deposit a check, and then not be rude, throw your card and ID at you when you ask to speak to a manager.
Indescribably long wait time for a 2 minute card replacement due to the personal banker who I watched doing her nails and speaking to one other customer for a few minutes over the course of an hour before acknowledging me. Thanks.
