I’ve been coming here for a while now. I use the drive through just to deposit cash. I prefer to use the tube to send it up because my bartending cash is always too wrinkled for the ATM machine. Although this consistent transaction could be easily done at the self service machine (with some more patience), Debbie who works at the window has always been more than delighted to service me. Great service
Worst teller experience ever, If it wasn't for the branch on west 25th I would be switching banks. I've been a PNC client for over 17 years and I have never had an experience like the one I had there last Friday with Alex. You would think a teller would know how to a deposit a check, and then not be rude, throw your card and ID at you when you ask to speak to a manager.
Indescribably long wait time for a 2 minute card replacement due to the personal banker who I watched doing her nails and speaking to one other customer for a few minutes over the course of an hour before acknowledging me. Thanks.
