Ranji was so awesome to work with! I just moved from Utah to Delaware and he was very kind and willing to give suggestions on things to do in the area, as well as getting me set up with a new bank account outside of Utah! PNC doesn't care about customer service or retention. After eight years of banking with PNC and never asking for anything, I incurred a $15 fee and asked for it to be forgiven as a one time courtesy. I fully acknowledge I was in the wrong by not adhering to the terms but still requested mercy. Nope. I failed to adhere to the terms and the fee cannot be reversed. Good day.
