Won’t cash $100 for a non customer. Very poor service, the lady was very rude and would never recommend this bank. Leave if you have it!
Friendly staff, quality service, been helping me for years
So I have tried to set up autopay, it didn’t go through because they claim the account wasn’t current. It was current. The woman I spoke with on the phone was ridiculously condescending and rude. There is only one individual I have dealt with since I got my car who has been absolutely wonderful and kind. So far everyone else is stupid rude or acts like you don’t know a damn thing. It’s unacceptable. I’m trying to find another bank to take over the loan.
Not a good experience. They act like all professional but definitely not customer friendly. She made opening a checking account very complex and helped me to get out of there quickly without opening one. Good customer repellents.
