Always very professional and the staff is wonderful.
Excellent bank and service
Sat in the lobby for over 5 minutes before anyone even said anything to me. Finally someone walked up to me and just said 'what's your name?' and then said she'd help me. I had scheduled an appointment online to do a death notification for my father and had an original death certificate, an account statement listing myself as a beneficiary, a debit card, and the account number.
