Worst bank ever! Even chime and cash app has this bank beat. Never have I had to wait so long for a direct deposit. And the fees! I will never bank with them again and never will refer any friends or family. This bank is trash. Better off going to woodforest
The fees are crazy!!! They charged me $10 for having a zero balance which caused me to be negative and once I paid that fee the next day I paid it up to have another zero balance n be even, I was hit with yet another $10 fee literally the next day!!! The only good thing about pnc is that I can cancel my account over the phone instead of going in person
I Called about a reaccuring payment being taken, that I have tried to cancel several times. They told me to come get a new card and it would only take a few minutes, they shut my card off immediately. Once a came in they said the machine to make the cards is now broken. So now I have no card for possibly 7 days. Pretty irritating to say the least.
