I have had the same account since 1983. I purchased a vehicle off an individual. The management refused to notarize the title. Because the seller was not a PNC customer, but I the buyer am. It may sound trivial, but I am extremely upset over it.
There great in all they do, its only when your in a hurry that seems to be the issue when you need things to move quickly! Understand that, that is you Only!!! Lol... Good bank, solid ppl that work there!
I have been a customer of PNC for over 20 years but they would not notarize a document created by an attorney. The request is to notarize my signature therefore it should not matter the origin of the document. Very poor customer service and apparently no knowledge of what notarizing means
MARCY SISSON , She was very well educated. She knew I had a birthday for my child and was trying her hardest to be efficient and fast-paced, double-checking everything and going beyond just to open a new account for me. She has, overall, the best customer service I’ve seen. Myself dealing with people in 2026 can be very overwhelming, and she handled every single issue with positivity.
