Be warned, do not use PNC, and especially this branch. The banks daily withdrawal limit and transaction limit is absolutely ridiculous. When I asked for changes they said it’s national and they can’t make changes. They always direct me to the banking app but the app never works...even when I call their tech support. The bankers push the credit cards very hard, I even said I’m not going to open one and to stop asking and they still push, asking invasive questions about what other banks I do business with. Fantastic service! Tellers are friendly and very informative.
We went on to open my first account we called ahead made an appointment with Josh (one of the tellers) we were told it would take 45 minutes it ended up taking 40 minutes they're really fast over there and really nice definitely recommend pnc especially this branch
I was warmly greeted when I entered this Branch but that was the best part of my experience. The teller could not seem to log into the system properly and had to be directed by a supervisor. I was asked for two forms of ID which is a first and I've been a PNC customer for more than 5 years. The teller stated that my ID was expired when it is valid for three more weeks.
