Alex, the branch manager has been a great leader here for awhile now. Everyone else on the staff is incredible. You will not find a group of people who genuinely care about you like they do here.
I drive farther to bank at the Boone, NC branch for their superior customer service!! I have banked at PNC from North Carolina to Texas many times and never get the service as they offer on Boone. This branch is a blessing!
I have banked with Pnc starting when I lived in Kentucky for 16 years. I have needed very little from them and been happy with the service until this past year.
