Called the branch with a card issue... Ashley at this branch was far less than helpful, and offered zero help or advice on my overseas issues. Other than agreeing that I'm "screwed" with a "Yep" and ending the call. Thanks for all the help PNC
The ATM is always down. Generally have never had good luck at this PNC branch.
Today I received the worst customer service experience in my life. I went in and was greeted by the staff. I asked to open an account and was told by Mrs Garcia that I had to schedule an appointment. Her office was empty, instead of inviting us ( my spouse and myself)in her office she brought her laptop to the lobby???? What, I thought a bank business is banking, so when did this Start? I worked at a bank and we never treat customer like this.
Great customer service, they make sure you are taken care of. Definitely make an appointment before you go because they are busy!
