I have used PNC for my day-to-day accounts. I recently did a HELC. I was very disappointed that Jacqueline asked me to sign documents with inaccurate information. The loan package also referenced an exhibit that was not even part of the package. They were also not willing to give me a copy of the application that I had signed.
