Nice customer service and friendly staff. I just wish the teller behind the counter were a bit loud coz it was really hard to hear them over. Else, nice local bank. Would surely recommend.
Terrible customer service experience at PNC. Went in to my local branch to bring the necessary paperwork to close out an account for a family member who recently passed. They told me they need a specific form, which I had with me, that needs to be notarized, but they would not be able to notarize it because I don’t have an account with them. So frustrating. My family member has an account there, that’s what I am doing there! So now I need to go somewhere else to get it notarized and then go back and close out the account. Ma... read more
