All banks suck.. This banch is the worst though. Who ever is in charge never wants to work. Empty bank full off workers and managers . Im getting turned away because there was no appointment made. This has happened multiple times at this branch. Ilitterally have to travel to do any thing other then a deposit, The atm ate over 1000 twice. I had to fight for a credit to my account. terrible customer service..and a very lazy brach..No one turns away oppening new accounts cuz theres no appointment in a empty branch. Parking at this branch is horrendous. Being in a mall other drivers fly through and the opportunity to get hit just doing banking is great. When they closed the borough branch, they didn't do themselves any favor (cut costs I'm sure) Tellers are great. Need to stop selling business products. Why in heavens sake do you need a concierge at a bank? I know why they do it however, it's totally unnecessary. Anis and Katelyn are absolutely stellar, along with the rest of the staff. Huge fans of this branch and all they do for my personal and business needs. Could not ask for a better bank and alot of it is due to these exemplary employees!
Being a business OWNER and traveling all over the country and needed a bank card for my spouse and being denied by Jennifer BIHLER because she didn’t feel comfortable. Had nothing to do with my cash flow but everything to do with race. Based off the emptiness of the lobby I see why no one comes inside that place.
