Worse PNC branch I’ve ever been to. Always an issue to perform normal banking functions, I don’t know what’s worse. The lack of empathy or the lack of ability to execute.
The Assistant Manager Lori in Rockaway is very rude, not customer friendly and dismissive. She also speaks down to the Bank tellers in front of customers. Very nasty! Your corporate office should know. Jennifer and the other Jamaican guy were amazing and extremely helpful managers. Moving all my family business accounts to TD.
Only one at the drive-thru 15 minutes still haven't made my deposit of maybe 10 checks and a little bit of cash, horrible service
I had a lovely experience yesterday at the bank I have been going to this branch for 1 month now here and there instead of PNC branches elsewhere I work closer to this branch however I enjoy the environment of this branch. Particularly I had a man by the name Alex help me and he explained everything clear and was very well mannered, calm and kind!
