Only one at the drive-thru 15 minutes still haven't made my deposit of maybe 10 checks and a little bit of cash, horrible service
I had a lovely experience yesterday at the bank I have been going to this branch for 1 month now here and there instead of PNC branches elsewhere I work closer to this branch however I enjoy the environment of this branch. Particularly I had a man by the name Alex help me and he explained everything clear and was very well mannered, calm and kind! Terrible customer service from the tellers, especially Fred. Glad to have closed my account when I had the chance.
I don't use this branch much but the tellers at the drive-thru are always cheerful.
