Honestly wondering if they just throw their worst employees at this location to try and hide them all in the same place. Only PNC I won’t go to any longer. They are very lacking in simple life skills like critical thinking and communication skills. Very poor attitudes all around. And they seem to not have a grasp on how to do their jobs. Made a notary appointment for 430. Show up at 425 and the person who can do the notary is on lunch past the appointment time. The bank is only open until 6. Whats the point of making an appointment then? Disrespectful of customers time.
Got married in October 2024 came into this bank in March 2025 to change my name,was assured no problem. Supposedly the name was changed. Had to come back in July 2025 because of the name still was not changed properly on my account or checks. Long time business banking customer with PNC I’ve never had an issue until Jennifer & Anis left the branch sense then no one knows what’s going on and managers are rude and lack customer service! Went in to get a certified bank check and was told I have to wait 5 business days? I get them very often to pay suppliers, subcontractors etc Ive never been told this in the past 9 years banking with PNC. The manager walked over to the computer said nope can’t do it and walked away. Definitely reconsidering banking at this branch
