I love this bank but it is extremely understaffed at this location. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t come here if you have somewhere important to be. I hope y’all find more employees soon, I’ve never had any issue with any other location.
I have been here two times in two months and both time I waiting in drive through for over 7 minutes.
These ppl do nothing but sit in an office all day. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced! Don’t waste your time going in this branch!
