Worst bank to deal with. No matter how simple the transaction, they always make it difficult. Not customer friendly.
My problem isn't with the whole Pnc just this location. I'd been having problems with my online banking which Pnc online never helped me with. I was informed to go into my local branch and I would be helped. Now I am a local truck driver and I understand time. I walked into the branch at 435pm I needed printed out statements and to see about my online banking. They made a frustrating process even more frustrating. I left and went to another branch.
Let me start first by saying there needs to be more training done . I deposited a check on Friday , the young guy tells me it will be available next business day . I go to withdraw funds today after the funds have been verified and they say I have to wait 5 business days to withdraw the funds even though they are showing in my account . I called corporate and they told me they don’t understand why the aren’t allowing me to withdraw my funds and later says it’s up the the branch discretion - meaning the guy was just giving me... read more
