Let me start first by saying there needs to be more training done . I deposited a check on Friday , the young guy tells me it will be available next business day . I go to withdraw funds today after the funds have been verified and they say I have to wait 5 business days to withdraw the funds even though they are showing in my account . Tell the man behind the counter that we need a notary. Mind you there are also 2 other workers in the office having a grand conversation. This man sat there for 13 minutes talking to his coworkers until I asked if anyone was going to help my mother. If your the man doing the notary why would you have customers sit and wait while you do nothing. Like people have all day to wait. It's not about patience. It's about respect for your customers time.. and then says he can't perform the service. They are HORRIBLE
Worst customer service. They try to act so busy there was no one inside the bank. The tellers are useless and not helpful at all. Not welcoming nor caring. Do not bank with them. I’m refinancing my loan and please never bank with them!!!
This PNC needs to retrain their staff. Ms. Puspita Das is not professional at all. I came into explaining to her I wanted my name changed on my account, which over the weekend I had already called the 1800 number to ask them what type of documents I needed to bring. The representative told me just two forms of ID, which I gave Ms. Puspita Das my driver’s license and another form of ID.
