They made a frustrating process even more frustrating. I left and went to another branch.
Let me start first by saying there needs to be more training done . I deposited a check on Friday , the young guy tells me it will be available next business day . I go to withdraw funds today after the funds have been verified and they say I have to wait 5 business days to withdraw the funds even though they are showing in my account . I called corporate and they told me they don’t understand why the aren’t allowing me to withdraw my funds and later says it’s up the the branch discretion - meaning the guy was just giving me... read more
Had a terrible day experience with PNC Inn The past. Did not have high expectations. Wonderful customer service behind the center and from the bank manager. Thanks.
Tell the man behind the counter that we need a notary. Mind you there are also 2 other workers in the office having a grand conversation. This man sat there for 13 minutes talking to his coworkers until I asked if anyone was going to help my mother. If your the man doing the notary why would you have customers sit and wait while you do nothing. Like people have all day to wait. It's not about patience. It's about respect for your customers time.. and then says he can't perform the service. They are HORRIBLE
