I have been a pnc customer for over 20 years. You would think setting up a child's first checking account would be easy but no. They have long wait times to schedule an appointment to open an account something that should only take a few min. As a parent I work.mon thru friday and she works weekends. They basically said no available times for a couple of weeks.Meanwhile I call citizens and they said stop in when ever and its 15 min. I would have expected the same from Pnc I was wrong.
