Managers will spend weeks telling you they will fix a problem they caused and then backtrack without offering any way to correct THEIR mistake, costing their customers money that they don’t care about. They need better staff.
ATM doesn’t work. Won’t take card in slot and card less reader doesn’t work.
Great folks work here. I personally think one of the better banks around Atlanta. People here will help you and spend time without rushing you out the door.
Very poor customer service and have been here waiting patiently for 30 mins now. Still no service. Last time I was here the lady was rude with her language. I just heard her again talk with this older couple and they said she was rude. This location use to be nice. Theirs only two staff here now. Needs help. I just got skipped and she went to someone else. I’m leaving this place and reporting them too corporate.
Ms. Sharita Black kept me laughing while I was getting money switched out.
