Beautiful building and the staff are ok. I highly recommend this institution if you have too much money and you need to get rid of it. Their fees are exorbitant and not in line with the industry. Need to do a quick balance check on an atm? $3. 00. Need to spend your money and your balance goes below 500$. Have another fee. Want to cash a check at your bank? Not for 12 months you won't. I got scammed through a fake online job, this bank let a completely bogus check go through as good into my account, after the fake company coersed me into getting the money back to them through gift cards the check was returned and they wouldnt cover it, even though a police report and all information to prove the money was stolen was supplied. Caitlyn at this branch has been absolutely wonderful! She has helped my family tremendously in opening an estate and trust account on a tight schedule. We really appreciate her professionalism and care.
The bank is located close to where I live. That’s the only reason I am still with them. Some of the Managers and Tellers are very rude and you can’t trust them. Thinking about closing my accounts soon. They are just trying to control their customers. They are not being respectful, because they keep calling me by my first name.
Made a reservation to service my CD coming up for renewal. Helpful with all my banking needs.
