Branch banker Nathan Gruenwald helped me to relax about specific account issues. Hospitality and great mannerisms made it easier to open up an account. Which I appreciate.
Starting to understand the negative reviews. We have been with them with both personal and business accounts for years now. PNC as a whole is not bad. This branch is having issues. They cannot seem to call anyone back who left a message on multiple occasions, or they offer no support with a new account that you open up for your young adult child. We are rethinking our continued relationship with PNC as a whole because this is the closest branch that we use most often and do not want to travel to another branch.
