Had an amazing experience that I would love to share - Yair and Branch Manager William are top notch! Mom has bonds to redeem but is not a PNC bank customer and her bank simply does not deal with bonds. I explained this to Yair who made a few phone calls to help out this 20+ year PNC customer and called me back within the hour. That afternoon, William kindly took Mom and I through the process and we were on our way. They did what other banks have chosen to stop doing - and with a smile! Great service from that team!!!
Edwin was very helpful. He has great knowledge of the products that suit me best. So friendly !!!
ATM ate my money and customer service had no urgency to resolve the issue. Currently still waiting for a resolution. They lost a customer. Negative stars.
The manager, who I am summing is new, is obviously on a power trip. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and comes off as entirely degrading. I could not find one nice thing to say about this woman! I have been using this bank almost daily for years and have never been treated the way I was today for doing the same thing I have every other visit. I will say however, the tellers at this location have always been beyond kind and professional! I wish them the best of luck to learn to work around this terrible kind of managemen... read more
