ATM ate my money and customer service had no urgency to resolve the issue. Currently still waiting for a resolution. They lost a customer. Negative stars.
The manager, who I am summing is new, is obviously on a power trip. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting and comes off as entirely degrading. I could not find one nice thing to say about this woman! I have been using this bank almost daily for years and have never been treated the way I was today for doing the same thing I have every other visit. There's a lot of great PNC branches. This isn't one. From the bellyaching I get from tellers when I make larger withdrawals of MY money to leaving customers standing outside in the cold for 10 minutes when they aren't opening on time, then another 15 minutes in line because they aren't prepared to process transactions, to the attitude of some of their employees both past and present, this is one PNC location you should avoid.
