Just a thank you to Javier for helping me with my banking needs today. He is courteous & knowledgeable and above all patient. In this crazy world of ours its nice to know there are still people who care. (The tellers at the Georgetown branch are A+ also)
Been to this PNC several times and every single visit has been a great experience, the tellers are always so kind to help. I also had a loan appointment with Tessa and she was amazing! The process was very quick and she was super super helpful! I would definitely recommend giving this branch another try, they have truly upgraded their service. Thank you all so much!
I just switched my business account to this bank And I been a few times in this location I don’t know if just been bad luck but one teller and a big line and when was my turn they told me that they don’t have enough money for my withdrawal and asked me if I go to another branch to call them making sure they were having enough cash. Oh no no
