They changed the screen prompts and fields making it tedious
Every time I come into this bank I have to wait forever then I'm usually told that they can't help me. I'll not waste my time coming there anymore it's worth the drive to go to the Milford branch. Everyone in the Milford branch is amazing
I've gone a few times, whenever I happen to be assisted by Arti Patel I just feel a lot of attitude from her. It won't matter what my request is, I can feel she's not eager to help. I even had a time where she didn't assist me on a request, and later the same day when she wasn't there. I went back for the same request and I got assisted without an issue by one of her coworkers. I try not to go to Georgetown PNC, I rather drive to another PNC. Seriously considering switching to a different bank.
I LOVE THIS BRANCH, I always try and deal with Bea, she explains things thoroughly and is very helpful.
