I just switched my business account to this bank And I been a few times in this location I don’t know if just been bad luck but one teller and a big line and when was my turn they told me that they don’t have enough money for my withdrawal and asked me if I go to another branch to call them making sure they were having enough cash. Oh no no
Set up an APPOINTMENT online to set up a business account and they had open availability thru the whole day just for them to call me and tell me the manager was only one who could do it and she couldn't do it the day of my appointment. I had every document in hand ready. No worries another bank will honor a appointment
They changed the screen prompts and fields making it tedious
