Do not recommend whatsoever. The rudest teller I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve gone to other branches in different states with no problems elsewhere.
Nicest staff
This bank is very accommodating to my needs. They are very happy to help me with things outside of my regular banking transactions. They are also very courteous.
Yesterday while inside making a deposit for our business account for over 20 years, I was declined access to the restroom by the teller. I am a diabetic and they suggested that I go use the wawa bathroom. We will be closing all personal and business accounts with PNC, ATMs never work and after how I was treated by staff yesterday, this was the final straw.
