Everyone at this branch was extremely professional and courteous. Rameez helped me make some changes to one of my accounts, and he was excellent. Thank you again for your help.
Been with this bank PNC for 7+ years time to leave.. it’s annoying so unprofessional that these guys haven’t figured out their online app and banking. This problem I have been facing since day 1! Can’t tolerate it anymore everytime it’s maintenance you can’t Zelle you can’t do anything in your account. I can’t be with this bank anymore
They charged me a 2 1/2% fee for a check that was written on their their own account just because I was a non-member! Politely asked the branch mgr if she would wave the fee she just shrugged he shoulders NO. I would never consider banking PNC ever!
Very disappointed! Just left this branch , and attempted to open a new account and was told sorry you can’t do so today, we don’t have anyone that can assist you with this , you will have to come back tomorrow!! I’m sorry! You’re a damn bank !!!! SMH this is terrible!!!! PNC you should be ashamed of yourself! I already have an account and was looking to open a second account and I have half mind to pull all my money out and go to Chase ! SMH ..
The people there are super super kind. They always have a smile in their face.
