I advice EVERYONE that has an account at PNC to CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. My bank account was hacked and the hackers transferred $18,000 to external bank accounts (In several transactions) From the first transaction for $5k I reported fraud to PNC and they told me to just change my username and password. I went to the Tinley Park Location and asked Viktorija Cardilli for help and she said she would get back to me and she never did. If you want all of your information stolen and go into the negatives of ur bank account I'd totally recommend their bank. They are also extremely good with letting unidentified charges go through without being flagged as well as allowing others to purchase off ur card without a pin number. I'm going to chase you guys zeroed me out.
Best PNC location locally. Staff are always kind and professional, even in times when they are overwhelmed by high volumes of customers. I hope PNC appreciates these staff members as highly as many customers do. They are the real asset to this business, props to them and their commitment to excellence.
