We had a great experience at this location. I believe her name was gabby, was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. We needed to add myself to my husbands account and while unfortunately it did take two/ three appointments (not their fault) it was done quickly and I had my new card quickly. Thanks for the help! Editing to add- taking away one star because of the phones!!! My goodness! Please answer when customers call! It’s not the first time I’ve called and called and just get put to the voicemail!
So nice I used to be able to deposit my checks in my cash without any problems. I don’t drive. My boyfriend takes my money and my cash to the banquet. A deposit split also ticket with my debit card and they would not deposit my money. This is the worst bank ever Ever again I’m withdrawing all my money anybody who wants to deal with Pnc good luck they keep changing the rules.
They cannot even make a check for me. Even the wire transfer takes very long time. Ended up with going to Chase and it took 5 min to issue the exact same thing PNC supposed to do. The banker and manager's attitude were okay, just not sure why this bank has so many problems on its system. BTW, their app sucks too. And customer service line is a joke...
Everyone at this branch was extremely professional and courteous. Rameez helped me make some changes to one of my accounts, and he was excellent. Thank you again for your help.
Been with this bank PNC for 7+ years time to leave.. it’s annoying so unprofessional that these guys haven’t figured out their online app and banking. This problem I have been facing since day 1! Can’t tolerate it anymore everytime it’s maintenance you can’t Zelle you can’t do anything in your account. I can’t be with this bank anymore
