Very disappointed! Just left this branch , and attempted to open a new account and was told sorry you can’t do so today, we don’t have anyone that can assist you with this , you will have to come back tomorrow!! I’m sorry! You’re a damn bank !!!! SMH this is terrible!!!! PNC you should be ashamed of yourself! I already have an account and was looking to open a second account and I have half mind to pull all my money out and go to Chase ! SMH ..

I had the pleasure of being in the Tinley Park branch yesterday May 5, 2025. I was taken care of by Mariah and I could not say enough about the service that I was given by this wonderful young lady. She was professional and kind and saw to it that all my needs were met and my goals were accomplished. She is one of PNC's best assets and I wish her much and long lived success. I have always been very happy with PNC but having met her makes me know that I sm truly in good hands. Thank you Mariah, you are an absolute Angel.
