I showed up to close my account and they were great. I literatlly opened and closed the account just to get the bonus. Trish closed my account and she was courteous and professional.
Our crooked government designated PNC as a "Too-Big-To-Fail" Bank under Dodd/Frank. That means when this bank declares bankruptcy, you get STOCK in a failed Bank, not a check for your funds. So I closed my account by writing a check for the balance. They continue to charge fees and won't close the account till I pay. Moved out money to a Community Bank, and a Credit Union.

Completely unprofessional, and as the wife of the business owner, I would not recommend this to anyone business or not!
I had the most appalling experience at this bank. The staff and management were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was treated with utter disrespect and condescension from the moment I walked in. The management was unresponsive to my concerns and seemed more interested in dismissing me than addressing the issue at hand. I felt completely devalued as a customer and will not be returning. I strongly advise anyone considering this bank to think twice before subjecting themselves to such abysmal treatment.
