Amazing customer service at this branch! I went in with a very unique problem that I tried to get solved at multiple other branches. I also tried the PNC customer service number. Basically, since it wasn’t the run of the mill question, no one knew how to address it, and no one was willing to think outside the box to solve it. I’m so glad I was able to work with Greg at this branch. He took a time out of his day and worked like a detective to solve my issue. I showed up to close my account and they were great. I literatlly opened and closed the account just to get the bonus. Trish closed my account and she was courteous and professional.
Our crooked government designated PNC as a "Too-Big-To-Fail" Bank under Dodd/Frank. That means when this bank declares bankruptcy, you get STOCK in a failed Bank, not a check for your funds. So I closed my account by writing a check for the balance. They continue to charge fees and won't close the account till I pay. Moved out money to a Community Bank, and a Credit Union.
