I met Jake Johnson at the Cocoa branch about six months ago when he not only handled but solved my needs with PNC. I meet him again as branch manager of Merritt Island and he took care of the issue at hand again. Mr. Johnson is extremely knowledgeable and professional in his field of work . A grade a pick PNC made. I have always been more than impressed with PNC. Thanks
Everything I try to do at the bank takes forever. Last 2 appointments with manager to resolve issues, when I arrived no manager to problem could not be fixed

Amazing customer service at this branch! I went in with a very unique problem that I tried to get solved at multiple other branches. I also tried the PNC customer service number. Basically, since it wasn’t the run of the mill question, no one knew how to address it, and no one was willing to think outside the box to solve it. I’m so glad I was able to work with Greg at this branch. He took a time out of his day and worked like a detective to solve my issue.
