This bank location does not even deserve a 1 star. I walked in (drive thru is closed?) to deposit money into my daughters account. I had her account number and all her information. I was told by who appeared to be a manager?!? That it is a federal law that I cannot do that without an account at PNC bank. This was so bogus I asked her to repeat what she said, and she said I had to open an account to deposit money into her account. Great banking experience! Easy to just walk in and conduct business quickly! If there is a short line, it moves fast as the entire staff is very efficient! My mom has been banking at this location for years and loves it! Now I do, too!
I was interested in using this bank for a home loan, I had the meeting and the woman was incredibly rude.
