This is the worst bank ever I totally am very un satisfied SWITCHING BANKS ASAP They told me to dispute a charge on my account an I did an 3 months later they still havnt refunded my money even though they told me to file it an they called me bout it An when u purchase something they wait days to take the money from your account

They had a dysfunctional ATM this morning.When we tried to get our money , add another one side by side That was disfunctional, We called trying to get it taken care of they told us 24 hours.Now they're telling us 72 hours and before that they tried saying 45 days.I would not recommend this bank to the devil himself, they're literally not doing a efficient job, fully willing to allow us to go hungry, broke, no fuel, our utilities are getting shut off tomorrow, and my girl can't get to work, Meta Bank is more reliable, PNC is... read more
