I just want to say how much I love this branch!! Everyone is always super helpful and nice, especially Fatima! Literally she’s the sweetest person ever, very patient and kind and answers all my questions no matter how many times I call in. She is so helpful and always gets back to me quickly when I reach out with a concern!! She makes me calling in for stressful situations such a breeze. Have been a long time customer at PNC. The Ireland Road location in South Bend, IN is my favorite branch. The tellers and management always have a smile on their face and make it easy to do business.
Bad customer service. Not surprised a lot of the reviews I read are 1-2 stars
worst service . i will be closing my account.
