Have been a long time customer at PNC. The Ireland Road location in South Bend, IN is my favorite branch. The tellers and management always have a smile on their face and make it easy to do business.
Bad customer service. Not surprised a lot of the reviews I read are 1-2 stars

If i could give them 0 stars I would! Worst experience I've ever had at a bank and I was trying to give them money to pay off a loan. Spent 5 hours trying to get a simple pay off number. Never got it. There is a whole list of tape and hoops to jump to get a simple number to give them money. Insane! I just needed the exact payoff so i could write a check. Why does it take so many calls and steps and people for a simple number one clerk and 2 mins is all that should take. I will be closing all accounts and not any future busin... read more
