Service is terrible, long wait times even when they are not busy. Rude tellers. Customer Service is not their priority.
Bad place to do business. Have no problems with the other PNC locations locally but have had multiple bad experiences with this one. The lead teller Dawn in particular has been incredibly rude each time I have been here and is just all around unpleasant to do business with. She turned what should've been a 5 minute experience making a deposit into a 30 minute one. Will never go to this location again.
