Terrible experience with this branch location. The new branch manager and Debbie are very unprofessional. The associates at the PNC branch on Main and Cleveland are always very helpful. Be warned- Do not use PNC’s lending department.
Service is terrible, long wait times even when they are not busy. Rude tellers. Customer Service is not their priority.
