(1) Most of the staff here (Zionsville branch) are either immature, uninformed, and/or rude. Not all, but the majority. If PNC was the last bank on earth, I’d honestly keep my money under the mattress. (2) They were going to charge me $700 for one cashier’s check. The checks I was cashing to try to get the cashier’s check were from an international life and annuity company over 100 years old WHICH BANKS AT PNC. SMH. Friendly and helpful staff, have been working with them for a couple of years now (this location specifically), grateful for the fact they care to care for their clients. Worked on a super complex trust account with Nick, he went above and beyond to provide solutions. thank you!
