I don't bank here but had to go in last week to cash a check at this branch and the whole staff was so welcoming and friendly! If I ever do decided to switch I would look into PNC just based off of the customer service I have received! 10/10
No cash available? Why are you a branch then? If I wanted to go through the atm I would've gone to one closer to where I was. I drove to downtown south bend for absolutely nothing. I need to withdraw rent money and I can't do that at an atm. Listing needs to be changed at the very least but in reality why is it even there? For what purpose?
What a stupid pointless building! PNC bank is the worst bank I've ever had to deal with, buying puts for Jan 2026 when I'm done with this review because I'm certain i can't be the only person with seething rage for this garbage institution.
