I just had the most awesome experience with PNC since I have been banking with them which has been maybe 2 years, Jonathan B! Was very polite! Easy going took time out of his day to explain things about my account which no one has done for me ! He even offered for me to come back at a later date! To explain even more things to me about my account! PNC please keep employees like Jonathan B! Thank you again!!

I waited 2 weeks to get a debit card, that never came on the mail. When I wanted to get a certified check from this branch I had to weigh over 45 mins to get one. I was pretty disappointed with this bank, (I was acting as a translator to a family member and I was asked to leave for security reasons like I was going to harm them or my family member) I ended up closing the account and not coming back!!
