Worst bank I ever used. We will be switching banks soon. The bank manager and staff were rude to ny wife when she tried to make a payment. They add extra interest on to credit card after you pay it off. They add additional interest to loans when you try to pay it off early. They lie to you and contradict themselves. . They refuse to accept responsibility for their wrongdoing. They make sure they can't be recorded when saying rude things to you.
Although this isn't my personal bank I use them about once a week to make change for my registers at work. I have never had a bad experience here, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Some of the best customer service you'll ever find these days.
The staff is courteous. But, if you are not a account holder,this bank will charge you $2 to cash a PNC check. Their own check!! Just for that, I’ll never be a customer
Ive been sitting in this bank for 30 mins (NOBODY else is inside), waiting on a teller and I have seen atleast 4or 5 cars come through the drive- thru and get helped but not me. i definitely will be closing ny account with yall shortly.
