The worst banking experience of my life. I tried opening a business bank account here and they dragged my case for 4 weeks and then dropped the ball at the end and said they didn’t have enough documentation to open the account. And now they don’t even answer my calls or email. Clair was the one helping me and I initially thought she was great, until she LITERALLY ignored my correspondences. This whole situation set my business plans back and wasted a ton of my time.
Always helpful staff. Courteous. Quick.
