I see a lot of negative reviews on here, but that was not my experience at all. I had to go in for three different transactions that had to be very precise. We were greeted right away by Ashaud, he gave me exactly what I needed to fill out, he made sure I had everything including lending me his pen. Then went to the Renee Grant, and she was amazing. Worst customer service . They made things so harder jo to mention they make you wait . Worst bank that’s why I had to close the account due to the customer service you have to deal with .
Horrible customer service. Reps pick up the phone and don’t want to check the account even, don’t assist. Keep transferring and nobody responds.
Friendly and great customer service. Would definitely recommend
