Very helpful though you can't deposit cash with a teller, must use ATM
This place is unsafe. They are in a very urban neighborhood and it’s not safe to go in the bank. Their scanner is broken and you can’t gain safe access into the bank and there is always men standing around. Shame on this bank for not providing security or a safe access for customers.
Not only is the staff professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, they make me feel like a welcome friend. They just recently helped me resolve an identity theft issue, and I left the bank satisfied. I've had banking accounts in various banks since 1972. PNC 7 Mile has been a wealth of positive experiences and by far is the best one.
Horrible atms no cash branch I rather deal with telegraph location
