Not able to perform basic bank business at this location.
Business account supposed to be closed. Wasn't. Learned weeks later when I got a penalty for minimum balance violation. The balance violation which PNC caused by not fully closing the account. Another branch forgave the penalty and closed it for good. Also, could not understand a very simple trust and POA sutuation. Took me 2+ weeks to learn they could not help. The worst customer service ever . Unbelivable !
What a joke. This isn’t a bank anymore as there are no tellers but nowhere in the description does it say that when you search for a PNC bank. You cannot withdraw your money or make a cash payment to your credit card. Second location I went to today! They try to save their money and can care less about customers. I’ve had my account with them for 20 years and will be closing it ASAP. Extremely disappointed and no one was willing or meet me half way with what I needed to get done. Just told me to go to another location.
