The Manager, Christina is not very helpful and very short with customers. Apollo, on the other hand, should be made Manager because of his ability to communicate with customers. I suggest that PNC send Christina back for customer service training and put Apollo in her place as Manager. I always wondered why we didn't have a PNC in my area and now that I have dealt with this one, I'm glad we don't.
Sometimes good. Sometimes bad. Depends on who's working. Bit disappointing

Jennifer is such a great person! She was so nice to me , she helped me with everything I needed! I love her !
