I've banked with PNC for years and they are the best! The kernersville branch has always treated me well. I've had some very difficult and specific issues and they have helped me handle them with little to no trouble at all. Michelle and Mindy specifically are absolute rockstars. They have closed several branches in the area. This one always does there best to accommodate. I drive out of the way to come to this branch!
I live 25 minutes away from this bank . I spoke to a lady that’s the supervisor of this branch before going .I asked can I schedule an appointment with her over the phone to make a checking account . She told me yes I just have to get there before 12/1pm . I arrived at 11:10 and the supervisor gonna tell me that she don’t have any account kits to create my account so she’ll send me a link to create an account online . I could not believe she just wasted my time like this . She didn’t even offer to help me create the account ... read more
