This bank unfortunately is always short of staff. Extremely slow in service and I have experienced calling for a question. She will put my in hold then the person hangs up nevertheless I call back no response. Not a good branch overall…
I've banked with PNC for years and they are the best! The kernersville branch has always treated me well. I've had some very difficult and specific issues and they have helped me handle them with little to no trouble at all. Michelle and Mindy specifically are absolute rockstars. All communications has been prompt and easy to follow. If they are unable to do something, they are honest about it. They have closed several branches in the area. This one always does there best to accommodate. I drive out of the way to come to this branch!
