I always receive the utmost respect when I visit, whether inside or through the drive-thru. The staff is great and very helpful with any problem I may have.
Very bad customer service this is location PNC. Bad experience
Very rude employees. I walked in and was immediately discriminated against. I even seen the banker rolled her eyes at me when she seen I walked in. Another individual walked in that was the same race as the female banker , and was greeted with such respect. Before I could even get out what I was about to say, she assumed a few things. I didn’t not appreciate it!
They wouldn't exchange a $100 bill for smaller amounts without me having a account. Went to the next closest PNC and they did the exchange. This branch I won't ever be back to for anything.
